Welcome to Legit Home Leads, Inc. (“Legit Home Leads,” “LHL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Legit Home Leads website and any related mobile applications or services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Termshoosierpro.com. You also agree to our Privacy Policy (described below and linked on our site), which is incorporated by reference, to understand how we collect and use your information.

Legit Home Leads Platform: Legit Home Leads is an online lead generation platform that connects homeowners seeking home improvement or repair services (“Homeowners”) with independent contractors or service professionals who provide such services (“Contractors” or “Service Professionals”). The Platform allows Homeowners to submit requests for home services and receive information from or about Contractors who might offer those services. It also allows Contractors to find and purchase leads and connect with potential customers. Legit Home Leads is not itself a home services provider or contractor, and does not perform any home improvement servicesangi.pactsafe.io. We do not become a party to any contract between Homeowners and Contractors for the work to be done, and we do not supervise or control the work that Contractors perform. Homeowners and Contractors contract with each other directly at their own discretion and risk.

Homeowners: Homeowners may use the Platform for free and generally do not need to create an account to request quotes or information. As a Homeowner, you agree to use the Platform only for your personal, non-commercial needs to find service providers for your own projects. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Platformhoosierpro.com. By submitting a service request, you consent to Legit Home Leads sharing your contact and project details with relevant Contractors so they can respond to your requesthomeadvisor.com. You agree that the information you provide (such as your name, address, phone number, email, and project details) is accurate and that you will only submit legitimate service requests. You will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to harass anyone, or to submit false or speculative requests.

Contractors: Contractors must register an account with Legit Home Leads to use the Platform’s contractor services. By registering as a Contractor, you represent that you are a bona fide service professional (e.g. a contractor, tradesperson, or home improvement business) capable of performing the services you offer, and that you hold all licenses, insurance, or certifications required by law for the work you undertake. You must provide truthful and complete information about your identity, business name, contact information, professional credentials, and areas of service. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Age and Eligibility: The Platform is intended for use by adults. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use this Platform as a Homeowner or Contractorhoosierpro.com. By using the Platform, you warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse to offer the Platform to any person or entity and may change eligibility criteria at any time.

By creating a Contractor account, you agree to the following:

• Accurate Information: You will provide and maintain accurate, up-to-date information in your profile, including contact details, business name, address, and qualifications. You will update your information if it changes, and you will not impersonate or misrepresent your identity or your businessangi.pactsafe.ioangi.pactsafe.io.
   
• Compliance and Licensing: You represent that you and your business (including your employees or subcontractors) are properly licensed, bonded, and insured as required for the services you offer, and you will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes.
   
• Background Verification: You authorize Legit Home Leads to verify your information and conduct background checks or business credit checks as permitted by law. This may include identity verification, criminal record checks, or confirmation of professional licenses through third-party serviceshoosierpro.com. (Any background screening is for our internal use to vet service professionals, and we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of such screenings.)
   
• Use of Leads and Customer Information: If you obtain a Homeowner’s contact information or project details through our Platform, you agree to use that information only for the purpose of providing a quote or performing the requested services. You must keep Homeowners’ personal information confidential and not use it for any other purpose (such as marketing unrelated services) without the Homeowner’s consent. You may not sell, trade, or misuse any personal data of Homeowners obtained through our Platform, and you must handle all such data in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
   
• Account Security: You will keep your username and password secure. You are responsible for all actions taken under your account. Do not share your login credentials with others. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately.
   
• Prohibited Conduct: You will not use the Platform to engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity. This includes, but is not limited to: posting or sending false, misleading, or libelous information; harassing or harming any person; using viruses or malicious code; attempting to scrape or data-mine content from the Platform without authorization; attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ information; or any other behavior that interferes with the proper operation of the Platformangi.pactsafe.ioangi.pactsafe.io. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that, in our judgment, engages in prohibited conduct or violates these Terms.
   

Legit Home Leads offers its lead generation services to Contractors on a paid basis. If you are a Contractor, you agree to the following payment terms for leads and services:

• Lead Fees: Contractors may be charged a fee for each lead provided to them (for example, when a Homeowner’s project request and contact information is delivered to the Contractor) or may pay a subscription or membership fee for access to the Platform’s leads and features. Specific pricing, packages, or subscription options (if available) will be disclosed on the Platform or in your account dashboard. By accepting or accessing a lead, you agree to pay the associated fee (per-lead charge or applicable usage of your subscription credits) regardless of whether you ultimately secure business from that leadhomeadvisor.com. Leads are not guaranteed jobs – they are merely opportunities to contact a potential customerhomeadvisor.com. For example, if a homeowner does not respond, cancels the request, or chooses another contractor, you are still responsible for the lead fee.
   
• Payment Method: You must provide a valid payment method (such as a credit card or bank account) when signing up as a Contractor. You authorize Legit Home Leads (and our third-party payment processor) to charge your provided payment method for all fees as they become due. If you have a subscription, you agree that we may charge your payment method automatically for renewal periods unless you cancel prior to renewal in accordance with any cancellation policy provided.
   
• Billing and Invoices: We may bill you at the time of lead delivery, or we may aggregate charges and bill periodically (e.g., monthly). You will be able to view charges and receipts through your online account. All fees are stated in U.S. Dollars and are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law. If you dispute any charge, you must notify us in writing within 30 days of the charge; otherwise you waive the dispute. We reserve the right to adjust billing and invoice for any errors or for leads that were delivered but not previously charged.
   
• Failure to Pay: If your payment method is declined or your account becomes past due, we may suspend providing further leads or freeze your account until payment is resolved. Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (or the highest rate allowed by law, if lower). You are responsible for any costs of collection (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) incurred in our efforts to collect overdue amounts. Legit Home Leads may also offset any credits or payments due to you against your unpaid balance.
   
• No Guarantee of Lead Quality or Volume: Legit Home Leads does not guarantee that you will receive any particular number of leads, or any leads at all, during any periodhomeadvisor.com. We also do not guarantee that any lead you purchase will result in a customer contacting you, hiring you for a job, or that the customer will complete any transaction or pay for services renderedhomeadvisor.com. The homeowners who submit requests are under no obligation to hire any Contractor. Legit Home Leads simply provides the information (lead) as provided by the Homeowner, and we are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of the lead information (e.g. we do not guarantee that the contact information is valid or that the project details are accurately described)homeadvisor.com. Contractors understand and accept that purchasing leads involves the risk that a lead may not result in business.
   
• No Refunds; Limited Credits: In general, fees for leads or subscriptions are non-refundable. We may, in our sole discretion, offer credits or replacements for leads that are found to be invalid (for example, if the contact information was incorrect or the request was fraudulent). Any such credit policy will be described on our Platform or communicated to you, and may require prompt reporting of the issue (e.g., within a set number of days of receiving the lead). Legit Home Leads’ decision to grant or deny credit is final. Credits, if issued, may only be used towards future lead purchases or fees on our Platform and have no cash value.
   

Legit Home Leads is not a party to contracts between Homeowners and Contractors and does not supervise or endorse any particular Contractor. We do not guarantee the work or service that any Contractor provides. Any disputes or claims regarding the quality or outcome of work, payments, damage to property, or other liabilities arising out of the interaction between a Homeowner and a Contractor are strictly between those parties. Homeowners should exercise their own judgment and do their own research before hiring a Contractor (for example, checking licenses, references, or reviews).

Disclaimer of Role: Legit Home Leads is not a general contractor, retailer, or seller of home services or products. We are not in the business of providing the services requested by Homeowners and do not manage or control how Contractors perform their workangi.pactsafe.io. Legit Home Leads is merely providing a platform to facilitate introductions and communications between usersangi.pactsafe.io. You understand that Contractors listed or matched through our Platform are independent businesses or individuals, not employees or agents of Legit Home Leads. We do not endorse any user or Contractor, nor do we guarantee that any Contractor is licensed, insured, or capable of performing any service. Although we may implement screening or verification procedures (such as background or license checks), Legit Home Leads makes no representations or warranties regarding any Contractor’s identity, trustworthiness, suitability, or ability. Homeowners are responsible for evaluating and selecting a suitable professional for their needs, and Contractors are responsible for deciding whether to perform services for a Homeowner.

Likewise, Contractors understand that Legit Home Leads does not guarantee the truth or accuracy of any project request or Homeowner information. Homeowner requests are user-generated content. Legit Home Leads does not warrant that any Homeowner is ready, willing, or able to hire you or pay for services, nor that the Homeowner’s stated project is accurately described. We do not screen Homeowners, and any exchange of services is at the Contractor’s own risk.

User Content: In the course of using the Platform, you may provide or post content (for example, project descriptions, reviews, messages, business profiles, photos, etc.). You retain ownership of any original content you provide. However, by submitting or posting content on the Platform, you give Legit Home Leads a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. For example, we may display your submitted project request to Contractors, or show your business profile and reviews to Homeowners. Please only provide content that you have the right to share and that is accurate. We are not responsible for user-posted content and do not guarantee its accuracy, integrity or qualityangi.pactsafe.ioangi.pactsafe.io. We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to remove or edit user content that violates these Terms or our policies, or that we otherwise find objectionable.

License to Use the Platform: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Legit Home Leads grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes (e.g., a Homeowner may use the site to seek services; a Contractor may use it to offer services and obtain leads). You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our website or app content unless expressly authorized by us. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Legit Home Leads and its licensors. You shall not remove any proprietary notices, reverse-engineer the Platform, or use it to build a competing service.

By You: You may stop using the Platform at any time. Contractors may terminate their account by providing written notice to Legit Home Leads (e.g., via email to our support address). Termination will not relieve you of any obligation to pay fees already incurred for leads or services delivered to you before termination – those amounts remain due.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform (or certain features) at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. For example, we may deactivate a Contractor’s account if we find false information, misuse of leads, violation of these Terms, or any conduct we deem harmful or inappropriatehomeadvisor.comhomeadvisor.com. We may also terminate the Platform or any portion of it, or terminate these Terms, at any time upon notice (such as posting a notice on our site or sending an email).

Upon any termination of your account or these Terms, the rights and licenses granted to you will end. You must cease all use of the Platform, and we may delete or disable access to your account and data. However, any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as indemnification, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law) will survive. Any leads or contacts you received before termination and any resulting contracts you entered into remain your responsibility; Legit Home Leads still disclaims liability for those, and you still must indemnify us for any claims related to your use of the Platform or services performed (see Section 8).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Legit Home Leads, its parent, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents (collectively, “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to (i) your use of the Platform, (ii) any services you provide or receive as a result of connections made through the Platform (including any contracts or disputes between Homeowners and Contractors), (iii) your breach of these Terms or violation of any applicable law or rights of a third party, or (iv) any content you submit to the Platform. This indemnification covers, for example, claims by third parties for personal injury, property damage, or intellectual property infringement, and claims by customers or other users arising from your acts or omissionshomeadvisor.com. You agree that this indemnification obligation survives the termination of your account or these Terms. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you (in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of that claim).

Use at Your Own Risk: The Legit Home Leads Platform and all content, information, leads, and services provided by Legit Home Leads are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legit Home Leads disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of tradehomeadvisor.com. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that any defects will be corrected, or that the Platform or our servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of any information (including project details or contact information) provided by users, or the quality or outcome of any services rendered by Contractors. No advice or information (oral or written) obtained from Legit Home Leads or through the Platform shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.

No Guarantee of Results: Legit Home Leads makes no guarantees or assurances that Homeowners will find suitable contractors or that Contractors will receive any particular volume of leads or achieve any business success through our Platformhomeadvisor.com. Any reviews or ratings of users, if available, are subjective opinions of third parties and not a guarantee by us. Homeowners should use their independent judgment about hiring a Contractor, and Contractors should use their judgment in choosing which leads to pursue.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of certain warranties, so some of the above disclaimers may not apply to you. In such cases, any implied warranties are limited to the minimum scope and duration permitted by applicable law.

No Indirect Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Legit Home Leads or its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive dam
